Definitely appetite at living-in-US-hotel levels. I'm not all that much more hungry than I was a couple of hours ago, so I'm guessing that it's just my body complaining about the unaccustomed sensation of not being busy digesting food. Hopefully I'll readjust to being comfortable with my normal eating habits soon. When I lost weight a couple of years ago, it was mostly through just getting into the habit of eating less (that and cooking lower fat meals and avoiding too much in the way of pizza, take-away curry or similar). Ever since I've been trying to keep to similar habits, not entirely successfully but at least reasonably.
