Anybody got a copy of the BMJ for the 25th of March 2006 lying around? I'd like to read a couple of papers published in that edition on cycle helmets:
"Hagel B, Macpherson A, Rivara FP, Pless B. Arguments against helmet legislation are flawed" BJM 2006;332:725-6
"Robinson DL. No clear evidence from countries that have enforced the wearing of helmets" BJM 2006;332:722-5
My mother sent me a copy of the letters pages from the 8th of April BMJ - with three letters, all from people arguing against the paper by Hagel et al., presenting various data showing no correlation between cycle helmet use and a reduction in cyclist head injuries or fatalities.
