Well, stuff blew up, there were fights and car chases. Then some more stuff blew up, then there was another car chase, and a fight.
I don't think any director since Ed Wood has been less concerned with continuity. It isn't even worth trying to think about the realism. The dialogue was awful, the initial plot exposition cringe-worthy, and the physics totally cartoon.
Then some more stuff blew up.
Fairly good fun if you just want to shut your brain down for a couple of hours.
