Not much going on...

Busy last weekend, two parties and a Sutton Hoo.

Sutton Hoo is quite interesting. The actual site is a few grassy lumps with sheep grazing on them, and one mound rebuilt to the original size. The exhibition has a mix of original Anglo-Saxon swords, broaches and similar; and a number of reconstructed items. There's a lot of interesting text about Anglo-Saxon times, and the site. However, overall it didn't really give the impression of being worth a three hour round-trip to see. Had a nice walk around there though.

Quiet this weekend. House to myself, no Vicky, no parties (that I can remember).
