Today I felt inspired to try some baking; partly from a comment somebody had made about being surprised that I didn't bake, partly from the nice things that Becky had made, partly from the book I was reading. I found a recipe for Welsh honey cakes, which is nice, easy, and very tasty (probably the rather robust chestnut honey and the molasses sugar I used :-). I'll take what's left on the train with me tomorrow.
